Welcome to MathKids! By using our app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian review these terms with you.
✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MathKids for Primary School ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
👶 2. Eligibility
MathKids is designed for children ages 5-10 (grades 1-4). Children under 13 must have parental consent to create an account and use the App. Parents are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the App.
👤 3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One account per person - sharing accounts is not permitted
📱 4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
- Use automated systems to access the App
- Attempt to cheat or manipulate scores/leaderboards
- Share inappropriate content or harass other users
💳 5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Premium Subscription: $29.99 per year (USD)
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Cancellation: Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
- Refunds: Contact Apple Support for refund requests
📚 6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of MathKids or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
⚠️ 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Educational content is supplementary and not a replacement for formal education.
🚫 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MathKids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
🗑️ 9. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from within the App
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
🔄 10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
⚖️ 11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
